What is Pragmatic Principles?
Pragmatic Principles is a collection of 23 principles aimed at enhancing your effectiveness in team sport developmental programming within the strength & conditioning setting. Pragmatic Principles is presented with the intention of helping you, whether you are a coach or an athlete, think through the nuanced information circulating performance education and academia so that you can interpret that information based on your context and make the best decisions you possibly can. From athlete health, to speed development, and stress/load management, we will cover everything you need to know to solve the problems you face every day using practical skills and information developed from real-world experiences of mine in settings like professional baseball, and Power 4 collegiate athletics. After this course, you will begin to deliver your programs with more confidence and attain a higher sense of meaning and purpose in your current role.
